Referrals for SBAP services should be made via the Head Teacher or SENCo at the child's school.  We cannot accept a referral directly from parents and carers.  If you believe that you or your child would benefit from the SBAP services please discuss this with your child's school in the first instance.  If you have a query that you would like to raise directly with the SBAP team please complete the enquiry form.
